We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your scheduled time, the full amount will be charged to your account.
